Boiler repairs
Boiler in lockout, won't start, error code, low pressure or no hot water: our engineers find the real cause with their test equipment before replacing anything. They read the code, measure gas pressure, flame current and circulation, and replace the right part first time.
They carry the parts that fail most often: electrodes, sensors, pumps, expansion vessels, diverter valves. Model-specific parts are ordered from our suppliers and fitted as soon as possible.
We repair all brands: Vaillant, Bulex, Viessmann, Buderus, Junkers, Remeha, Saunier Duval, ACV, Atag, Intergas and others, gas and oil. Repairs are carried out 7 days a week, including evenings and weekends.
Servicing with a certificate
A well-serviced boiler uses less fuel, breaks down less often and is safer. The service covers cleaning the burner and heat exchanger, checking the safety devices and flue, and a combustion analysis.
For oil boilers, the technician also replaces the nozzle and filter and brushes the combustion chamber. Regional rules require periodic servicing, more often for oil than for gas.
At the end you receive the service certificate with the readings. You need it for the regulations, for your insurer and, if you rent, for your landlord. The service price is given when you book.
Replacing your boiler
A boiler over twenty years old, breaking down every winter or with parts no longer available is best replaced before it leaves you in the cold. The engineer visits and tells you honestly whether a repair still makes sense.
In most homes on mains gas, a condensing boiler is the simplest solution: it recovers heat from the water vapour in the flue gases and uses noticeably less fuel. The flue and condensate drain are adapted where needed.
Where there is no mains gas, or if you want to move away from oil, a pellet boiler, an LPG boiler or a heat pump may be the answer. You receive a detailed quote and an explanation of the grants that may apply.
Heat pumps and hybrid systems
In a well-insulated home, an air-to-water heat pump can fully replace the boiler. It draws heat from the outside air and heats radiators, underfloor heating and domestic hot water.
If insulation is limited or the radiators are small, a hybrid system combines a heat pump with a boiler that only steps in during hard frost. The on-site survey shows which solution suits your home.

Radiators and underfloor heating
A heating system is more than a boiler. We fit and repair radiators, thermostatic valves, circulation pumps and pipework, and we bleed, flush and balance existing systems where some rooms stay cold.
In new builds and major renovations we lay underfloor heating: pipes on insulation, a manifold and a thermostat per room. It runs on lukewarm water and pairs perfectly with a condensing boiler or a heat pump.
A programmable thermostat or an outdoor sensor makes sure the heating only runs when and as much as needed.

Power
Is the boiler display on? Check the switch next to it and the breaker in the fuse box.
Thermostat
Flat batteries or holiday mode? Turn it up a few degrees.
Pressure
On most wall-hung boilers, between 1 and 2 bar when cold; below that the boiler stops.
Gas or oil
Does the gas hob work? Is the gas valve open? Is there oil in the tank?
Error code
Note it and reset once. If it comes back, call us with the code and the brand.

I smell gas. What should I do?
Do not touch switches or make a flame, close the gas valve, open the windows, leave the property and call your network operator's emergency number. The engineer comes afterwards for the repair.
