No heating, no hot water, a boiler that keeps locking out or an error code on the display: note the make and the code, check the pressure gauge and call us. We can often tell you on the phone what is likely to be wrong.
The engineer checks the ignition, pressure, expansion vessel, pump, diverter valve and circuit board. He explains the fault in plain words and gives you the price of the repair before he starts. He carries the most common parts.

Boiler service and attestation in Brussels
In the Brussels-Capital Region, boilers must have a periodic inspection: every year for oil, less often for gas under the EPB rules. We still recommend an annual service for a condensing boiler.
The engineer cleans the burner and heat exchanger, empties the condensate trap, measures the combustion and gives you the maintenance attestation, which you keep for Brussels Environment, your insurer or your landlord.

Many townhouses in Ixelles, Saint-Gilles, Schaerbeek and Etterbeek have been split into flats, each with a wall-mounted gas boiler, sometimes in a small cupboard: ventilation and the flue matter even more there.
