Has your boiler stopped and is it showing a code? Choose its brand below to find out what the code means. A code tells you where the problem is; the technician's diagnosis finds the cause and fixes it. Our heating engineers work 7 days a week on all boiler brands, gas and oil.

A modern boiler constantly monitors ignition, the flame, water pressure, temperatures, the fan and the flue. As soon as a value goes out of range, it stops to protect itself and shows a code: a letter, a number or both, sometimes a blinking light.
Each manufacturer has its own codes. F.28 on a Vaillant, 6A on a Buderus and EA on a Bosch all mean "no flame", but not for the same reasons nor on the same parts. That is why every brand has its own page with its full table.

The same code can have several causes: an ignition fault can come from the gas supply, a worn electrode, the gas valve or the circuit board. Only measurements on site show which one, and avoid replacing a part for nothing.
Our heating engineer reads the boiler's fault memory, measures, finds the cause and gives you the price of the repair before doing it. He leaves you the job report and a boiler that starts again without going back into safety mode.

Code not in this table: call us, our technician knows it.
Smell of gas? Do not touch any switch, open the windows, leave the house and call 112 from outside. For any other code, write it down and call us.
By phone or WhatsApp: brand, model and the code on the display. A photo of the screen helps us prepare the right parts.
We give you the price of the call-out and the first hour before coming.
Diagnosis, repair, combustion test, then job report and invoice handed over.

No. A boiler that keeps going into safety mode has a real fault: restarting it over and over does not fix it and can damage some parts.
