A Vaillant boiler that locks out, flashes an F code or simply needs its periodic service: that is our daily work. Our engineers cover the whole country, from Brussels to Wallonia and Flanders, 7 days a week, and you always know the price before anything is done.

Across Belgium, the Vaillant you have at home is most likely a wall-hung condensing model of the ecoTEC line (ecoTEC plus, ecoTEC pro, ecoTEC exclusive), or an older turboTEC or atmoTEC in a flat that has not been renovated yet. Each one reports its problems with an F code on the display.
F28 means the boiler tried to light and failed; F22 points to a lack of water in the circuit. Write the code down and give it to us on the phone, together with the model shown on the label. With that information, the engineer often arrives with the right part in his van.
He then measures instead of guessing: gas pressure, flame signal, fan speed, pump, diverter valve, sensors. You hear the cause and the repair price before any part is changed. The meaning of every common code is on our Vaillant error codes page.

Belgian law requires gas and oil boilers to be serviced, and the rhythm is not the same in each Region nor for each fuel. When you book, we tell you the interval that applies to your address and can remind you before the next one.
The visit itself is thorough. The engineer cleans the heat exchanger and burner, clears the condensate siphon (on condensing boilers, a blocked siphon is one of the top reasons for a lockout), checks the expansion vessel and safety devices, then measures CO and CO2 and corrects the settings if the figures drift.
Before leaving, he reads the fault memory, which shows what the boiler went through since the last visit, and hands you the maintenance attestation that insurers, landlords and notaries may ask for.

Some boilers are no longer worth fixing: twenty years of service, parts that are being discontinued, a heat exchanger that leaks. We say so frankly, and we explain what would replace it best: a new condensing boiler sized for your home, an air-to-water heat pump such as the Vaillant aroTHERM plus, or both together in a hybrid setup.
A home visit comes first. We look at the radiators or floor heating, the insulation, how much hot water the household uses, the flue and the space outside. You then receive a free, detailed quote with the options compared.
Our own team carries out the work, commissions the appliance and shows you the controls, such as a sensoCOMFORT thermostat. We stay your contact for servicing and repairs afterwards.

A boiler in perfect order can still leave a room cold. Air trapped in radiators, valves stuck after the summer, sludge in old steel pipes or a pressure that slowly drops are circuit problems, and they make any boiler work harder.
We bleed and balance the radiators, free or replace thermostatic valves, flush the circuit when sludge is present and find the cause of a falling pressure: a small leak, the expansion vessel or the relief valve.
If a radiator is undersized or leaking, we replace it. Every job is priced before we start.
A quick overview, so you know what to tell us when you call. Please do not open the boiler yourself.
No flame at start, or flame lost while running: gas supply, electrode, flue or condensate drain.
The boiler protects itself. A leak, the expansion vessel or the relief valve is to blame.
Diverter valve or a scaled plate exchanger on a combi, very common with hard water.
Scale in the exchanger or a pump at the end of its life.
Fuse, power supply or main board: measured before anything is ordered.
Phone, WhatsApp or the online form. A photo of the screen and the label helps a lot.
The call-out charge and first hour are stated before we travel; parts are quoted on site.
The engineer explains what he did and leaves the job sheet, the invoice and, after a service, the attestation.

We repair and service Vaillant boilers all over Belgium: in Brussels, where we are called most often, in Wallonia and in Flanders. For a breakdown, call us and we give you the first available slot, often the same day depending on where you live.
Our technicians work on all brands: they install, service and repair appliances from the major manufacturers. For a new installation, we recommend the model that suits your home and budget.
We buy our equipment from all the major Belgian wholesalers and suppliers, including Facq, Van Marcke and Desco: genuine parts, quickly available.
All the usual ones: ecoTEC plus, ecoTEC pro, ecoTEC exclusive, older turboTEC and atmoTEC boilers, floor-standing models and aroTHERM heat pumps. On very old units, we check parts availability first.
Reset it once at most. If the code comes back, call us on 0477 03 88 98: repeated resets can hide a gas or flue issue.
No. We are an independent heating company that repairs and services Vaillant boilers with suitable parts from Belgian wholesalers. If your boiler is still covered by the manufacturer, check their conditions first.
It depends on the Region where you live and on the fuel. We tell you when you book and can remind you later.
Yes, 7 days a week. Any supplement is announced before the engineer sets off.
The engineer weighs the condition of the boiler, the cost of the part and the number of past breakdowns, and gives you his honest opinion with both prices.
In many homes, yes, alone or in a hybrid setup. We visit first and send a free quote.
