Calenta and Tzerra service at home
In homes, the Remeha models we meet most are the Calenta (now Calenta Ace) and the very compact Tzerra, small enough to hide in a kitchen cupboard. Many recent apartments have an Avanta. All of them are condensing gas boilers.
At each service, our engineer inspects and cleans burner and heat exchanger, rinses the siphon, checks the ignition electrode and gaskets, tests the safety devices and measures the flue gases. If the combustion is out of range, he corrects the settings. The legal interval depends on your Region, and we tell you yours.
You get a maintenance attestation before he leaves. With a Remeha eTwist or another connected thermostat, he also checks that it still drives the boiler properly.
Remeha in apartment blocks, offices and schools
Remeha is a common choice for collective boiler rooms. Floor-standing Gas 220 boilers or wall-hung Quinta units, often in cascade, heat many apartment buildings, schools and offices. One faulty boiler can leave dozens of households cold.
For property managers and owners' associations, we carry out the planned maintenance of these rooms: fault history, each boiler of the cascade, pumps, mixing valves and hot water production, with a short written report after every visit.
In case of breakdown we come 7 days a week to restore heating, then propose a durable fix if a component is at the end of its life. Renovations, including heat pumps or hybrid systems, are studied with our design office.
Remeha fault codes and repairs
Recent Remeha boilers display a code combining a letter and numbers; older models blink or show a short number. The code identifies a family of faults: ignition, water pressure, sensors, fan, flue. Our Remeha error codes page explains the main ones.
Our engineer tests before replacing anything: gas pressure, ionisation current, sensor resistance, pump flow. When a part has to be ordered, you know its price and the date of our return visit.
We also look at the circuit, because air, sludge or a stuck valve can make a healthy boiler lock out.
Replacing a Remeha: boiler, hybrid or heat pump
When a Remeha is old or fails too often, we suggest a replacement that suits the building. In a flat, a new condensing boiler usually takes the old one's place. In a house, a hybrid set such as the Remeha Elga, combining a small heat pump with the boiler, can cut gas use without changing the radiators.
In a well-insulated home, a full air-to-water heat pump can take over the heating and the hot water. We explain what each option means for comfort and running costs.

Is the Tzerra hard to repair?
Its small size makes access tighter, but our engineers know it well. Most faults concern the electrode, fan, sensors or siphon.
My Remeha shows a code starting with H or E. What now?
Note the full code and call 0477 03 88 98. A code that keeps returning means a part or setting needs attention, which only an on-site check can confirm.
Are you Remeha's after-sales service?
No. We are an independent firm repairing and maintaining Remeha boilers with suitable parts.
What is a hybrid system?
A heat pump and a gas boiler on the same circuit: the heat pump handles mild days, the boiler takes over in the cold.
Is the price given before you come?
Yes. Call-out and first hour are announced in advance, and each part is priced before fitting.
