In short: An air-to-water heat pump takes heat from the outside air to heat your home and your hot water. We survey the house, install it, service it and repair it. Free quote, price fixed before the work. Call 0477 03 88 98.
Replacing a gas or oil boiler, heating a new build or adding a heat pump to an existing system: the right choice depends on your insulation, your radiators and your hot water needs. The survey comes first.

An outdoor unit draws heat from the outside air, even in winter, and transfers it through a refrigerant circuit to the water of your heating system. For each unit of electricity used, it delivers several units of heat.
The water heated in this way feeds the underfloor heating or the radiators, and often a hot water cylinder. The lower the water temperature needed, the more efficient the heat pump.
In very cold weather an electric back-up or a boiler kept in a hybrid system takes over part of the work.

Before any quote, the technician calculates the heat needs of the house room by room, looks at the insulation, the radiators and the electrical supply, and finds a place for the outdoor unit.
In a well-insulated house, the heat pump can replace the boiler completely. In a house with old radiators sized for hot water, a high-temperature model or a hybrid system may be wiser; the survey tells you honestly.
The installation includes the outdoor and indoor units, the hydraulic connection, the cylinder if any, the electrical work and the commissioning with the setting of the heating curve.

Underfloor heating suits a heat pump best: large surface, low water temperature, gentle warmth. Radiators can work too if they are large enough for the needs of each room.
The technician checks each radiator against the calculated needs and suggests replacing those that are too small, rather than raising the water temperature for the whole house.
For hot water, a cylinder heated by the heat pump is sized for the household, with a periodic higher temperature to protect against legionella.

A heat pump needs regular servicing: cleaning of the outdoor unit and its coil, check of the water filter and pressure, the expansion vessel, the electrical connections and the operating values.
When there is a breakdown, the technician starts from the code on the controller, checks the water flow, the sensors and the communication between the units, then the refrigerant circuit if needed.
He gives you the repair cost before doing it. A well-set heat pump also runs more quietly and uses less.

The output: it follows the heat needs of the house. The emitters: underfloor heating or radiators, and whether some need replacing.
Hot water: cylinder size and type. The location: distance between the units, access, support for the outdoor unit and the noise for neighbours.
The old boiler: removed or kept in a hybrid system. Grants: the Regions support some installations, with conditions that change; we tell you what applies at the quote.

Visit and survey: the technician measures, calculates and answers your questions. Free quote: units, cylinder, hydraulics, electrics and commissioning detailed, with a fixed price.
Installation and commissioning: fitting, connections, filling, settings and explanation of the controller.
Afterwards we take care of the servicing and repairs, and you know whom to call.
Less heat needed.
Large and low-temperature.
Well placed, quiet.
Heating curve adjusted.
Age, insulation, floor area.
Boiler, fuel, consumption.
Radiators or underfloor.
Number of bathrooms.
Describe the problem; a photo of the unit or of the code on the display, sent on WhatsApp, helps the technician prepare.
The office tells you what the visit costs and when the technician will come, before anyone sets off.
On site, the technician explains what he found and what the repair costs, then waits for your yes. Job sheet and invoice at the end.

We install and service heat pumps across Belgium, in Brussels, Wallonia and Flanders.
Yes. An air-to-water heat pump keeps working in cold weather, with an electric back-up or a boiler in a hybrid system for the coldest days.
Often, if they are large enough. The survey checks each one and suggests replacing those that are too small.
A well-placed outdoor unit on suitable mounts is discreet. We choose the location with neighbours in mind.
Once a year is advised: outdoor unit, water filter, pressure, connections and settings.
The Regions grant support for some installations, under conditions. We tell you what may apply at the quote.
Yes, all common makes: Daikin, Mitsubishi, Vaillant, Viessmann, Panasonic and others.
