In short: your air con blows warm air, drips down the wall or blinks for no clear reason? Our technicians repair air conditioning of all makes across the Brussels Region. You know the call-out cost before we come and the repair cost before it starts. Call 0477 03 88 98.
An air conditioner nearly always fails in the first real week of heat, after months of rest, which is also when everyone calls at once. We keep slots for breakdowns and give you a realistic arrival time on the phone rather than a promise.

On a wall unit, the technician reads the error code, checks the power supply, the remote and the receiver, cleans what blocks the airflow, then tests the room sensor, the fan motor and the circuit board. On a multi-split, he also checks whether the fault affects one room or all of them.
Water running down the wall or onto the parquet comes from a blocked condensate drain nine times out of ten. In Brussels flats the drain sometimes joins a kitchen trap or a rainwater pipe, and that is often where the blockage hides.
Switch the unit off, protect the floor and send us a photo of the indoor unit and its code. The technician then knows whether to bring a pump, a sensor or simply his cleaning kit.

Placed on black roofing or at the back of a courtyard, the outdoor unit takes reflected heat, dust and leaves. The pressure rises and the safety switches trip in the middle of the afternoon. A blocked fan, a tired capacitor or a dirty coil is enough to stop everything.
If the air stays warm while everything runs, the circuit may have lost refrigerant. The technician measures the pressures and looks for the leak, often a flare joint that was not tightened properly at installation.
Topping up without repairing means paying twice: the leak is fixed first, with the refrigerant the manufacturer specifies, R32 or R410A in most cases. A worn anti-vibration mount, which makes a unit noisy at night, is replaced in the same visit if you agree.

In a shop on the Rue Neuve or a practice in Etterbeek, a broken ceiling cassette is noticed quickly: the room heats up and customers leave. The usual culprit is the condensate pump, which stops the unit or lets water stain the ceiling tiles.
For a ducted system the technician goes through the access hatch: pump, tray, return filter, fan motor and sensors, then he checks the airflow at each grille. One room that stays hot often means a crushed or disconnected duct.
For a business we try to come before opening or in a quiet hour, and tell you straight away whether the unit can run while a part is on order.

In an office building, a hotel or a school, a VRV system in fault can leave a whole floor without cooling. The technician reads the code history on the controls, identifies the unit in question and isolates it so the rest can run again as soon as possible.
On a rooftop unit, breakdowns often come from a belt, a fan, a pressure switch or clogged filters. We work on roofs with the right safety equipment.
After the repair we can offer a maintenance plan if you wish, to lower the risk of another breakdown in the middle of the season.

The remote: cooling mode, not fan or dry, batteries in good condition and a set temperature lower than the room. It sounds obvious, yet it saves a visit more often than you would think.
The fuse board: has the breaker for the air conditioning tripped? Reset it once; if it trips again, leave it and call us.
The filters: if they are grey, rinse them in lukewarm water and let them dry. If the fault continues, note the code shown and the make before calling.

On a recent unit, most faults repair very well: sensor, fan, capacitor, board or pump. The technician tells you what he found and the cost before he starts.
On an old unit with a failed compressor, we give you the price of the repair and that of a new unit, so you can choose with all the facts.
Either way you decide: no part is ordered or changed without your agreement on the price, and you receive a job sheet and an invoice at the end.
